I have been on My Fitness Pal off an on for I'm guessing a year. I did an ok job in October trying to post my foods and exercise, but I fell off the bandwagon. I'm notorious for starting and not finishing. For example, blogging. I think this is my fourth or fifth blog. Ha! Anyways, my point is, I'm hoping to do better this time around. I WILL do better....I hope....haha! I will log my food and exercise on the site and post in the community. I think posting more in the community will give me the support I need. Not that my husband isn't supportive, but every bit counts!
Since I'm great at starting, but not great at the finishing, I'm not really going to say I'm doing a particular video or exercise program. My goal is to at least get to doing SOMETHING! I work a desk job, so I need to get moving! I have the TurboJam: 5 Rockin' Workouts (BeachBody)
